FAQ2

Is it true that eating carrots is good for your vision?

ANSWER. Yes it is true.  But a lot of other food contain as much or even more Vitamin A than carrots.  Malunggay and green vegetables as well as fish and milk are good sources of Vitamin A.  As a rule, eating a balanced diet can provide you not only with vitamin A but other vitamins  and minerals you need to stay healthy.  Taking tablets or food supplements with high levels of fat soluble vitamins like A and E may in fact be dangerous for you.  The ACES Eye team can tell you more about nutrition and good vision and help you keep your eyes in top shape.
